论高校思想政治教育人文环境的创设

高校人文环境是综合影响高校思想政治教育活动开展、学生思想品德形成与发展等多重因素所构成的校园环境的总和。伴随着形势的深刻变化及高校学生数量的增多,高校在物质建设、校园文化、制度管理、人际关系等多方面问题凸显。这直接阻碍了高校思想政治教育工作的顺利进行。创设一个优良的人文环境需完善学校物质建设的"人文"内涵,营造蕴含人文性的校园文化氛围,建设"以人为本"的制度文化环境,发展融洽和谐的校园人际关系,为思想政治教育的深入开展创造条件。

The humanities environment is the sum of the campus environment consisted with comprehensive factors, which influences the development of ideological and political education activities, students＇ ideology and moral character formation and development. Along with the profound changes of the situation and the rise in the number of students going to college, many problems are more obvious, such as the physical construction, campus culture, system management, interpersonal relationship and so on, which directly hindered the progress of the ideological and political education. Creating a good cultural environment needs to improve the humanities connotation of the material construction, build campus cultural atmosphere containing humanism, construct system culture environment with people-oriented, develop the harmonious campus interpersonal relationship, etc., to create conditions for conducting in-depth ideological and political education.
