随着微信、微博的快速发展,其著作权侵权问题也迅速显现。微信、微博的著作权问题有多种表现形式,具有区别于传统媒体的多个特点,必须从法律法规、管理模式、维权意识、网络文明等方面多管齐下,积极应对,努力保证微信、微博的健康发展。

With the rapid development of We Chat and Microblog, the infringement of copyright involved has arisen as well. The representation of those problems may vary, and they are also different from the traditional Copyright violation. In order to maintain the healthy development of We Chat and Microblog, we have to have proper law and regulation, good management of internet and rights-defending awareness to avoid the violation of Copyright in We Chat and Microblog.
