云南省高校东南亚、南亚语种人才培养的瓶颈与突破

South Asia and Southeast Asia Languages Talent Cultivation in Yunnan Province' Universities: Bottleneck and Breakthrough

近几年,云南省高校东南亚、南亚语种人才培养成绩斐然,但也存在高水平师资紧缺、人才培养质量有待提升的不足。其深层次的原因一是复合型小语种翻译人才培养存在许多机制方面的障碍。二是小语种作为新起步专业,教师数量少且年轻化、经验不足,亟需相应的培训,以及加强与其他高校的本专业教师进行合作交流。今后,应通过采取"专业+小语种"人才培养模式等方法来推动我省高校南亚、东南亚语种人才培养工作。

In recent years,Yunnan province,s universities have a great achievements in talent cultivation of South Asia and southeast Asia languages,but there are some problems,reflecting the shortage of teachers and poor quality of talent cultivation. The deep reason is,firstly,there are many obstacles in South Asia and southeast Asia languages talents cultivation mechanism. Secondly,there are many teachers having less experience in teaching and lacking training. In the future,we should adopt ＂professional ＋ small language＂personnel training mode and other methods to promote South Asia and Southeast Asia languages talents training work in our province,s university.
