摘要
美国开端计划始于1965年,被誉为美国学前教育的"国家实验室"。从历史发展的角度,采用文献研究法,对开端计划的产生、发展过程进行了梳理,认为开端计划经历了以政治为导向的创立时期、以改革为导向的调整时期,以质量为导向的发展时期,厘清了开端计划的历史脉络,阐明了开端计划在不同时期的发展重点。通过回顾开端计划的历史发展,为我国学前教育的发展,在重视教育补偿、鼓励家长参与教学过程、塑造良好社区环境等方面提供了经验借鉴。
The Heard States Project of America began in 1965,known as the "National Laboratory for pre-school education". From the perspective of historical development,using the method of literature research,the paper makes a review of the emergence and development process of the Heard States Project. The innovation of this paper is to clarify the historical context of the beginning of the plan,and to clarify the development focus of the beginning of the plan in different periods. By reviewing the history of the Heard States Project,we can provide experience for the development of pre-school education in China,for example,pay attention to education compensation,encourage parents to participate in the teaching process,shaping a good community environment,etc.
