健全完善高校领导班子和领导干部考核评价机制的路径选择

近年来高校领导班子和领导干部考核评价工作取得一定的成效,但在考核内容、方式方法、评价主体、结果运用等仍有不少亟待完善的地方。健全完善高校领导班子和领导干部考核评价机制,引导高校领导干部牢固树立科学发展观和正确政绩观,是提升高校领导班子和领导干部推动科学发展能力,推动高等教育事业科学发展的现实需要。当前,要在坚持主体发展性、评价导向性、指标科学性、评价多元性的基础上,从构建目标评价指标体系、完善考核评价方法、重视运用社会评价方式、强化考核结果运用等方面不断健全完善考核评价机制。

In recent years,the college leadership and leading cadres examination and evaluation has achieved certain results,but there are still many problems. It is very important to strengthen and perfect college leadership and leading cadres＇ examination and evaluation mechanism. And also,it is advantageous to the guide of leading cadres of colleges and universities with firmly establishing the concept of scientific development and correct view,continuously improving scientific development ability.And so it is the need of reality to promote higher education science development. At present,it must adhere to the subject-developing,evaluation guidance qulity and diversity,and indicators scientificity.It must constantly promote the evaluation in aims index system,examination and evaluation methodology,social evaluation way,the application of results.
