关于经济新常态研究的评述

近年来,经济新常态受到全国各界的广泛关注。经济新常态既是对我国目前经济特征的判断和对经济运行状态的理解,也关系我国未来宏观政策的选择问题,正确理解经济新常态显的尤为重要。当前理论界和实际工作部门对于经济新常态的理解和看法不尽相同。本文梳理了近年来经济新常态的相关研究,从经济新常态基本概念、经济新常态特征、经济新常态发展机遇以及经济增长潜力开发四个方面对现有研究进行整理述评,以求对今后理论和政策研究有所裨益。

In recent years,the new normal has been widely concerned by all sectors of the country.The new normal is not only the characteristics of China＇s current economic judgement and understanding of the running state of the economy,it also relate to the choice of macro policy problem in our country in the future.It is important to understanding the new normal correctly.Now,the theoretical and practical department have different views on the now normal.This paper reviews the recent studies on the new noral from the basic concepts,characteristics,development opportunities and potential of growth in order to have benefit to the theory and policy research in the future.
