摘要
目的探讨眼灌注压波动与原发性开角型青光眼(primary open angle glaucoma,POAG)的相关性。方法监测51例原发性开角型青光眼患者(POAG组)和49例健康者(正常组)24小时眼压和血压。日间(8︰00~22︰00)采取坐位测量,夜间(0︰00~8︰00)采取仰卧位测量,间隔2小时测量1次。比较两组研究对象日间及夜间眼压、平均血压和平均眼灌注压。结果 POAG组患者日间眼压、夜间眼压和眼压波动均显著高于正常组(P〈0.05)。两组研究对象夜间平均眼灌注压均有所下降,POAG组较对照组下降更显著(P〈0.05)。两组研究对象夜间平均血压均有所下降,POAG组下降幅度大于正常组(P〈0.05);两组研究对象日间平均血压比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论 POAG患者眼灌注压低,夜间平均眼灌注压下降明显,提示眼灌注压不足可能是POAG发病的一项危险因素。
Objective To study the correlation between ocular perfusion pressure(OPP) fluctuation and primary open angle glaucoma(POAG). Method Fifty-one patients with POAG(POAG group) and fortynine healthy individuals(normal group) were enrolled in the study. Intraocular pressure and blood pressure were measured every two hours in both groups from 8:00 am to 8:00 am of the next morning to all the people. Intraocular pressure and blood pressure were measured every two hours in both groups from 8:00 am to 8:00 am of the next morning. Result The daytime intraocular pressure, intraocular pressure at night and intraocular pressure fluctuations of POAG group were significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05). The average nocturnal ocular perfusion pressure in boths groups were decreased, compared with control group, POAG group decreased more significantly(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in average blood pressure between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion In patients with POAG, the ocular perfusion pressure is lower and decreased significantly at night, which indicates that insufficient ocular perfusion pressure is one of the risk factors in development of POAG.
