摘要
基于立体经济信息学体系结构,建立科学合理、全面客观的的三层指标体系,使政府在比较与评测过程中,激发政府创新勇气和电子政务建设信心,承担艰巨服务任务和管理职能,为今后电子政务工程的升级和改进指明了方向。
Based on solid economic information science system structure, establish a scientific, reasonable, comprehensive and objective of the three-layer index system, enable the government to stimulate government innovation and courage of e-government construction and confidence in the comparison and evaluation of process, undertake the arduous task of service and management functions for future electronic government provided engineering upgrades and pointed out the direction to improve.
