Origin and Development of Study on Non-Monetary Benefits of Education

摘要 文章对教育非货币化收益相关文献进行回顾,评述从人力资本理论的起源开始到教育收益的非货币化研究逐步发展的过程。教育收益是多样的,它包括从货币到非货币,从个人到社会,从内部到溢出效益等。按照对象进行划分,可以分为个人非货币化收益和社会非货币化收益,对个人心理、健康、认知和行为,对社会公共安全、社会凝聚力增强、技术变革等方面都产生了影响。因此,对教育收益进行细化分类,并进行深入的实证研究显得尤为迫切。 This article reviews the development of the non-monetary benefits of education and the gradual development process starting from the human capital theory till now. The education benefit is diversified, which includes the economic and non-monetary ones, the individual and the social ones, the internal and outside effects, etc. According to the different objects, it can be divided into individual non-monetary and social nonmonetary benefits, which could have obvious effect personally on psychology, health, cognition and behavior and also socially on public security, social cohesion enhancement, and technological change. Therefore, it is very urgent to make a detailed classification of the education benefits.
