摘要
为了探究国家奖学金获得者突出的能力素质,本研究采用质性方法,通过深度访谈和焦点团体等技术,收集了北京大学医学部近5年20余位国家奖学金获得者的真实资料。进而借助扎根理论对资料进行类属分析,最终提炼出他们共通的核心能力:处己力、处人力、处事力和处学力。为提高学生的上述核心能力,高校应当帮助新生做好自我定位、为学生活动提供有效的指导、举办专题培训、拓展人才培养平台、反思人才培养方案,并激发学生提升能力素质的主动性。
In order to explore the outstanding competencies of the holders of National Scholarship, this study, under the qualitative methodology, uses in-depth interview and focus group to collect real data from more than 20 holders of National Scholarship in recent 5 years at School of Medicine, Peking University. Through the grounded theoretical approach and categorization analysis, the core competency structure of the holders of National Scholarship are extracted, i.e. relational competency on dealing with the selves, others, affairs and learning. Higher education institutions should help freshmen set suitable goals, provide effective direction for each activity, give special competency training, enlarge teaching platform,and motivate students' positivity in promoting their Competency.
