摘要
和谐人际生态与公务员个人素养、政府行政效能和社会公信之间存在着深层的耦合关系与共振效应。由于转型时期复杂多元的因素交互杂糅,原有运行逻辑遭受侵越,人际生态呈现出诸种失谐状况。通过厘析人际生态的结构要素,本文从个体心理、组织体制与社会文化三个方面入手,分析当前公务员和谐人际生态建设中的阻滞因素,寻找符合中国语境下人际均衡的新视角与新思路,从微观理念、中观制度与宏观环境三个层面着手,致力于发掘人际关系维护与发展的有效调适路径,建构公务员和谐人际生态。
There is a deep relationship with the resonance effect coupling among harmonious interpersonal ecology,civil servants personal qualities,the government administrative efficiency and public trust.Due to complex and diverse factors interacting during transition period,the original operating logic suffered from transgressing,and the interpersonal ecology appeared some discord conditions.By analyzing the structure of interpersonal ecological factors,from individual psychology,organizational structure and socio- cultural values,We explored the blocking factors in the development of the civil harmonious interpersonal ecological building.To find a new perspective and new ideas for the interpersonal balance in the context of China,from three aspects of micro concept,medium system and macro environment,committed to the maintenance and development of interpersonal explore effective adjustment approaches and constructed a harmonious interpersonal ecology of civil servants.
