摘要
以玄参总黄酮提取率为考察指标,在单因素实验分析的基础上,采用正交设计和响应面法对比研究不同溶剂与溶剂体积分数、微波功率、提取时间及液固比等因素对玄参总黄酮提取的影响.2种实验优化方法所得玄参总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件:固定微波功率值为500W;乙醇体积分数为60%或60.37%;提取时间为10或11.17min;液固比30∶1或31.39∶1m L/g,验证实验总黄酮提取率为1.107%~1.192%.2种优化方法所得结论基本一致,正交设计实验次数少,响应面法更精确,预测能力更强,适用范围更广.
Total flavonoids of radix scrophulariae by extraction rate as index, based on the analysis of single factor experiment, orthogonal design and response surface method is used to contrast study the different solvents and solvent volume fraction, microwave power, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction of total flavonoids figwort, the influence of two kinds of experimental optimization method of total flavonoids from radix scrophularia best extraction technology conditions as follows: under the fixed values of microwave power is 500 W, the volume fraction of 60% or 60.37% ethanol, extracting time 10 or 11.17 min, liquid-solid ratio 30∶1 or 31.39∶1 m L/g, the validation test flavonoids extraction yield is 1.107%~1.192%. The results show that, the conclusions of the two kinds of optimization methods are basically the same, Orthogonal design experiment is less, response surface method is more accurate, the prediction ability is stronger, broader scope.
