布氏杆菌感染导致急性脊髓炎1例报告 被引量：4

摘要 布氏杆菌病（Brucellosis）是由布氏杆菌引起的人兽共患的传染性变态反应性疾病。其临床表现复杂,可导致肌肉、关节、淋巴结、肝脾、生殖、神经等多系统病变。其中以神经系统症状为主要表现的神经型布氏杆菌病仅占1.7%~10%[1],多表现为脑膜炎、多发性神经根炎;而听神经受损、脊髓炎、脑血管内膜炎等罕见。现就我院收治的1例布氏杆菌感染引起的急性脊髓炎报道如下。
