颞叶癫痫线粒体功能障碍及相关基因变异的研究进展
摘要
癫痫是一种由多种原因导致的脑部神经元高度同步化异常放电的临床综合征,其中,颞叶癫痫为最常见的癫痫类型,在癫痫发病中占40%,在药物难治性癫痫中占70%,为相关研究的热点。颞叶癫痫的发病机制目前尚不明确,其可能与P物质及多耐药基因1（MDR1）过度表达、钠离子通道、γ-氨基丁酸（GABA）受体缺失、异常苔藓纤维出芽等有关。
