社区高血压患者健康促进生活方式与社会支持的相关性探讨

Exploration of the correlation between the health promotion life-style and social support in the patients with hypertension in the community

目的 :探讨社区高血压患者健康促进生活方式与社会支持的相关性。方法 :2014年7—12月采用便利抽样法抽取138例社区老年高血压患者,运用健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)、社会支持量表进行调查。结果 :社区老年高血压患者HPLP-Ⅱ平均得分为(65.57±18.22)分,各维度得分从高到低为:营养、健康责任、身体活动、人际关系、压力管理、精神成长;社会支持与健康促进生活方式呈正相关(r=0.729,P<0.01)。影响社区高血压患者健康促进生活方式的因素有婚姻状况、主观支持、客观支持、对社会支持利用度。结论 :对社区老年高血压患者,应重视增加患者压力调解、精神成长和社会支持,尤其是对社会支持的利用度,以改善其健康促进生活方式,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore the correlation between the health promotion life-style and social support in the patients with hypertension in the community. Methods： With the method of convenience sampling, 138 cases of the community elderly hypertension were selected and investigated with the health promoting life-style profile II（HPLP- Ⅱ） and social support scale from June to Dec. 2014. Results： The average score of HPLP-II was 65.57±18.22 in the community elderly patients with hypertension and the descending orders of the scores of all dimensions were nutrition, health responsibility, physical activity, interpersonal relations, stress management and spiritual growth. The social support was positively related to the health promoting life-style（r=0.729, P〈0.01）. The factors that affected the health promotion life-style of the patients with hypertension in the community included the marital status, subjective support, objective support and utilization degree of the social support. Conclusion： For the community elderly patients with hypertension, more attention should be paid to increasing the pressure mediation, spiritual growth and the social support, especially for the utilization degree of the social support in order to improve the health promotion life-style and the quality of their life.
