摘要
语文教育天然地含有美的因子,本不会存在"美的缺失"的问题,但是因为功利主义、实用主义的侵袭,加之上个世纪以来科学主义的盛行、工具本体的张扬、情感本体的受抑,导致语文教育中美的淡化、边缘化,乃至失落。在这样的背景下,呼唤"卡理斯玛"型教师,即指能反叛成规,拒绝奴性,以强大的精神能量、个性化的智慧魅力、渊深的学养积淀,引领学生与优秀的自我相遇,畅享语文之美的教师,进而追寻、建构、捍卫语文教育之美,便显得尤为迫切。
Chinese education naturally contains the element of beauty, which was supposed to avoid the lack of beauty, but because of the invasion of the utilitarianism, pragmatism, coupled with the prevalence of scientism since last century, the publicizing of tools and the undermining of the emotional subjects led Chinese to face up to the fact of beauty fading, and even disappearance. Under such circumstance, the cultivation of Charismatic teachers (refer to Chinese language teachers who can rebel against convention and lead students to update themselves and enjoy the beauty of Chinese with their powerful spiritual energy, personalized charm, and knowledge accumulation) who can quest, construct, and defend the beauty of Chinese education appears to be particularly urgent.
