摘要
黄金坪水电站工程大型调压室闸室边墙混凝土工程使用滑模施工方案,采用一种"■"型对称滑升模板施工结构。介绍了滑模系统结构及施工工艺流程,并对边墙混凝土施工过程进行了详细阐述,探讨了施工过程中的质量安全控制要点。工程实践表明,"■"型对称滑模施工技术特别适合大跨度、高边墙混凝土施工。
The slipform program is adopted in sidewall concrete construction of surge chamber in Huangjinping Hydropower Station. A ■-type symmetrical slipform structure is used for actual concrete construction. The structure and construction process of ■-type symmetrical slipform are described and the sidewall concrete construction process is elaborated. The quality and safety controls of slipform construction are also discussed. The actual construction practice shows that the ■-type symmetrical slipform technique is particularly suitable for the concrete construction of large-span and high sidewall.
