Discussion on Non Pre-assembly Process of Large Vertical-shaft Semi-umbrella Type Hydro-generator

黄金坪水电站水轮发电机组安装时对传统安装工艺及方法做了改进,提出了新的安装工艺方法。新工艺是在水轮机转轮联轴吊入机坑后,将其水平中心调整达到要求后,上/下机架以水机主轴上法兰为基准进行中心调整,即消除了下机架预装中主轴、转轮的高度测量误差,又减轻了定子下线和水轮机安装的工期压力,同时缓解了主机部件在安装间装配的工位矛盾。

The traditional installation process and methods of hydro-generator are improved in Huangjinping Hydropower Station, and a new installation process is proposed. The runner with main shaft of turbine will be firstly hoisted to place and their horizontal levels are adjusted to meet requirements, and then the centers of generator＇s upper / lower bracket will be adjusted after taking the upper flange of main shaft as datum. The new installation method can eliminate the height measurement errors of main shaft and runner during the pre-assembly process of upper bracket, decrease the duration of stator assembly and turbine installation, and at the same time, eases the contradiction of installation place occupation of different parts in assembly room.
