对成人而言,为了提高自己的工作能力和满足自身发展,找到一种符合成人学习特征和条件的方法很重要。我们在阅读相关文献的基础上,从理论上分析了实践性学习方法的可行性和成人学习者的适应性而设计了一种成人实践学习方法。提出了实践性学习方法的模型,并对该模型的实施步骤进行了说明。

For adults, in order to improve their ability of working and meet their own needs of development, it＇s essential to find a learning method to meet adult learning eharaeteristics and eonditions. On the basis of relevant literatures, this paper analyzes the fea- sibility of the practical learning method and the adaptability of adult learners, and designs a kind of adult practical learning method. It also puts forward the model of practical learning method, and deseribes the implementation steps of the model.
