摘要
介绍AMESim与FLUENT平台的应用领域和优缺点,分析数值仿真的发展趋势和联合仿真对工程研究的意义,给出AMESim与FLUENT联合仿真运行模式、模型建立、二次开发、调试启动的方法和技术细节,并结合液体运载火箭研究具体工程问题进行实际应用,对比实验数据与仿真结果,验证联合仿真的有效性,为多学科优化设计提供可选方案。
Some background materials about simulation platforms, AMESim and FLUENT are introduced, which includes their application fields, advantages and disadvantages. The developing trend of numerical simulation and the meaningful effect of co-simulation to engineering research are analyzed. Main steps of approach method of co-simulation between AMESim and FLUENT are presented on typical engineering issue, particularly the basic operation mode, interface variable analysis, simulation modeling approach, user defined secondary developing code, compiling and running co-simulation model. Engineering application of co-simulation is approved for the research field of liquid launch vehicle technology. The simulation results are validated based on experimental data and the effectiveness of co-simulation method is approved, which would be a choice for multi-disciplinary optimization design.
