司法考试背景下法学本科教学目标的反思与优化

Consideration and Optimization About Law Undergraduate Teaching Goal Under the Background of Judicial Examination

法学本科教学目标与司法考试的目标在本质上具有兼容性。在法学本科教学中,应依据高等院校的不同层次,确定法学教学目标。重点大学的法学教学应以精英型人才为其培养目标;地方高等院校应以应培养应用型、复合型的具有地方特色的法律人才为目标。因此,教学中不能只谈司法考试或者只谈教学,而应把握好法学教学与司法考试之间的比重,使之相辅相成,培养合格的法律人才。

Abstrat： There is a compatibility between undergraduate teaching goal target in essence. In the teaching of undergraduate course of law, we should of law and judicial examination determine the law teaching goal, based on the institutions＇ different levels. The key university should make it be a target to cultivate elite talents in law teaching, while local colleges and universities should cultivate applied, combined legal talents with local characteristics as the goal. Therefore, we can＇t only focus on judicial examination or only concentrate on teaching, but also pay attention to the proportion between law teaching and judicial examination, being supplementary each other to cultivate qualified legal talents.
