系统论指导下交通管理工程课内实践教学整合初探

The Primary Integration for Practical Teaching in Traffic Management Engineering Class Based on System Theory

实践教学活动的有效开展,是培养合格交通管理工程专业人才的基础。从系统论的角度看,课内实践教学良好效果的取得离不开课内实践教学系统中各组成元素的丰富及相互之间的整合。以基层交通民警岗位工作任务为重点组织教学内容,通过教学方法、考核方式、师资力量等系统元素相互之间的有机整合,达到强化教学效果,提升人才培养质量的目的。

The effective development of practical teaching activities is the basis of training qualified professional talents for traffic management engineering. From the view of system theory, the positive effective can not get away from the abundant and integration of elements in the system with practical teaching in class. We organize the teaching content along with the work content of traffic police, through the organic integration of teaching methods, assessment methods, with the aim of achievng the purposes of enhanced teaching effectiveness and improve the quality of talent training.
