西安西站货运市场营销的实践与思考

摘要 随着铁路局生产力布局的不断调整,西安西站货运市场形势严峻。结合西安西站实际,从大宗货物、白货、零散快运货物、集装箱运输等方面,阐述西安西站货运市场形势,分析西安西站货运市场营销存在的主要问题,提出强化营销意识、打造营销品牌、完善设施设备、健全营销机制等营销措施。 Following with continuous adjustment of productive force distribution in railway administration, the freight transport market of Xi'an West Station has tense situation. Combining with actual status of Xi'an West Station, from aspects of mass freight, non-bulk freight, bulk cargo express and container transportation, this paper expounds the status of freight transport market of the Station, analyzes main problems existing in freight transport marketing of the Station, and puts forward the marketing measures such as enhancing marketing conscious, creating marketing brand, improving equipments facilities and perfecting marketing mechanism.
