摘要
目的 建立用气相色谱测定工作场所空气中己二醇的方法。方法 用活性炭管采集空气中己二醇,用甲醇-二氯甲烷溶液(5∶95,体积分数)解吸,经DB-35色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果 该方法在0-500μg/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性响应,相关系数达0.999 8,检出限为1.0μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.3 mg/m^3(采样体积3.0L),样品平均解吸效率为95.98%,相对标准偏差〈10%,穿透容量(BTV)为17.6mg,己二醇在活性炭管中至少可稳定15d。结论 该方法可满足工作场所空气中己二醇含量的测定。
[Objective]To establish a method for determination of hexylene glycol in workplace air by gas chromatography. [Methods]Hexylene glycol in air was collected through a charcoal tube, the samples were desorbed with the solution of methanol and methylene chloride (5:95, V/V) and separated by DB-35 column, and were detected by flame ionization detector (FID). [Results]The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0-500μg/ml(r=0.999 8). The detection limit was 1.0 μg/ml, and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.3 mg/m3 (Sampling volume was 3.0 L). The average desorption efficiency of samples was 95.98%, RSD was less than 10%, and breakthrough volume(BTV) was 17.6 mg. The hexylene glycol could be kept in charcoal tube for at least 15days. [Conclusion]The method can be used to determine the content of hexylene glycol in workplace air.
