新疆维汉民族高尿酸血症与代谢综合征相关指标分析

Analysis on hyperuricemia and indexes related to metabolic syndrome in Uygur and Han population in Xinjiang

目的 探讨新疆维汉民族高尿酸血症患者尿酸水平与代谢综合征的关系。方法 选取维吾尔族和汉族高尿酸血症患者1032例,测量人体基本参数,检测血尿酸（SUA）和血脂等相关生化指标。结果 SUA、体重指数（BMI）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）在维、汉民族间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,SUA与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）呈负相关,与其他生化指标均呈正相关（P〈0.01）。维汉两民族代谢综合征的检出率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而超重或肥胖、高血糖的检出率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。SUA四分位数Ⅲ水平人群比Ⅰ水平人群患代谢综合征的风险高（OR=1.48,95%CI：1.01-2.18）。结论 SUA水平与代谢综合征各组分相关,SUA水平是代谢综合征的危险因素。

[Objective]To explore the relationship between uric acid levels and metabolic syndrome in Uygur and Han patients with hyperuricemia in Xinjiang.[Methods]1032 hypemriceinia patients of Uygur nationality and Han nationality were collected, to measure the basic parameters of human body, and detect the biochemical indicators, such as serum uric aeid（SUA） and blood lipid.[Results]There were statistically significant differences in levels of SUA, body weight index（BMI）, serum triglyceride （TG）, serum total cholesterol（TC）, and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） between Uygur population and Han population （P〈0.01）. The level of SUA was negatively correlated with the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, and it was positively correlated with the levels other biochemical indicators （P〈0.01）. There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of metabolic syndrome between Uygur population and Han population（P〉0.05）. The differences in detection rates of overweight/obesity and hyperglycemia between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The people with level III of quartile for SUA showed higher risk of metabolic syndrome than those with level I of quartile for SUA （OR=1.48, 95% CI： 1.01-2.18）.[Conclusion]The level of SUA is related to the components of metabolic syndrome, and it is the risk factor of metabolic syndrome.
