随着全球半导体照明产业的迅猛发展,国内LED蓝宝石衬底企业越来越多,而这个新兴产业在面临技术攻关的同时,职业健康与安全管理工作同样需要探索和完善。从企业的实际管理工作出发,在职业健康管理工作共性的基础上,应对某些职业健康管理工作中的几个问题作出思考,以便更好地做好员工的职业健康与安全管理工作。

With the rapid development of the global semiconductor lighting industry, the number of domestic LED sapphire substrate enterprises increases significantly. The occupational health and safety management of this emerging industry needs to be established and improved just as the sapphire substrate manufacturing technology. Based on the actual management of the enterprise and common occupational health management theory, the author put forward several thoughts on occupational health management.
