瞳孔受累的Miller-Fisher综合征二例 被引量：3

摘要 Miller-Fisher综合征（Miller-Fisher syndrom,MFS）为急性、免疫相关颅神经脱髓鞘性疾病,临床以眼肌麻痹、共济失调和腱反射消失为经典的三联征表现,常伴有血GQ1B抗体增高.瞳孔括约肌在该综合征中亦可受累,因此除外复视、共济失调、行走不稳等症状,部分患者可伴有强直性瞳孔或瞳孔散大固定,畏光、视近物模糊的主诉.以瞳孔括约肌麻痹为首发症状或主要症状的患者,往往就诊眼科而非神经内科.我们报道2例MFS综合征患者瞳孔受累的临床特征,为更好地诠释该病的发病机制及定位诊断提供依据.
