赣州市语言文字使用情况调查分析

An Investigation into Language Use in Ganzhou

赣州语言文字使用情况调查结果表明,这一地区语言文字相关法律知识的社会知晓度整体不高,且分布不均衡;相比于2000年的情况,民众的普通话能力明显增强,普通话使用频率和社会认可度有很大的提高,同时,方言能力弱化,方言生存空间变窄;方言学习应该在家庭或社会生活中解决;民众的繁体字障碍不很明显,对繁体字的接受度有所提高,学习繁体字途径可以多样化。因此,应该加强语言文字相关法律知识的宣传;应该在一定程度上采取措施保护方言,但不需要方言进课堂;《国家通用语言文字法》对繁体字的使用范围应该有更明细具体的规定。

The survey results of the usage investigation of language and characters in Ganzhou showed that first,social awareness of language-related laws is not strong and is distributed unevenly; in this region second,in comparison with 2000,people in Ganzhou are more competent to speak Mandarin and the frequency and acceptability of Putonghua are greatly enhanced; third,use of dialects is decreased and it is suggested that dialect learning should be done at home or in social life; fourth,traditional scripts are not obvious obstacles for ordinary people in language communication, and the acceptability of traditional scripts is increased. There are various ways to learn traditional scripts. It is suggested that the government should strengthen publicity of language-related laws andregulations,and take measures to protect dialects. However,there is no need to consider dialects as one of the contents of teaching. In addition,the national language law should have more detailed explanations of the usage range of traditional scripts.
