京津冀协同发展背景下天津自贸区对河北经济的影响

The Effects of Tianjin Free Trade Zone on Hebei Economy Under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development

尽管具有得天独厚的区位优势,但由于历史因素、政策倾向等方面的限制,相较京津地区,河北的经济发展一直处于弱势。在京津冀协同发展的背景下,天津自贸区挂牌成立。由于河北在产业布局、港口建设等方面与其多有重合,它将使河北面临诸多挑战。本文针对天津自贸区将对河北带来的经济影响做出了深入研究,剖析了它为河北带来机遇及挑战,并为河北应对天津自贸区建设,更好的实现京津冀协同发展提供了可行的政策建议。

Although Hebei province has the unique geographical advantages, due to the limitation of some factors, including history and policy bias, etc, the economic development of Hebei province has been in inferior position comparing with the Beijing-Tianjin region. Tianjin free trade zone establishes under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebe collaborative development. Hebei province will face many challenges owing to the overlap of industry layout, port construction and so on. This paper research on the effects of Tianjin free trade zone on the Hebei province economy, analyses its opportunities and challenges brought on Hebei province, and makes some feasible suggests to cope with the effects of Tianjin free trade zone on Hebei province economy, to better realize the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
