基于因子分析法的中国高技术产业技术创新能力评价 被引量:6

摘要 本文首先构建了高技术产业技术创新能力的评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对我国31个省市(港澳台除外)的技术创新能力进行研究,得出东部地区技术创新能力最强,中部地区次之,西部地区最弱。最后根据实证分析的结论提出东部地区应该借鉴国外发达国家的经验发展产业价值链高端;中部地区要利用自己的优势资源,完善技术支撑体系;西部地区抓住"一带一路"契机,发挥地缘优势。 This paper first constructs an innovative ability evaluation index system for high technological industries.Using the factor analysis method,the technological innovative abilities of 31 Chinese cities(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan) were used for carrying out the research.Results show that the eastern region has the strongest ability for technological innovation, followed the central region,and the western region being the weakest.Finally,accordi-ng to the conclusion from the analyzed evidence,the eastern region should draw lessons from developed?foreign nations and their experience in developing a high end industry chain,the central region should make use of their resource advantages to perfect their technological support systems,and the western region should seize the ‘One belt one road' opportunity,and bring its geographical advantages into full play.
