兴安农村合作银行信用风险管理现状与对策研究

Present situation and countermeasure of credit risk management research of Xingan rural cooperative bank

发展中的农村合作银行,由于资本实力较弱,风险控制手段低效,导致不良贷款逐渐上升,信用风险逐渐凸显出来,成为制约其发展的一大瓶颈。通过信用风险管理的理论基础,初步了解影响信用风险的因素后,接着以兴安农村合作银行为实例,从资产质量、资本充足率、流动性和管理水平4个方面分析了其信用风险管理存在的问题,进而提出完善其信用风险管理的对策与建议。

In the development of rural cooperative bank, due to the weaker capital, inefficient risk control means, lead to bad loans rise gradually, the credit risk gradually emerges, it has became a bottleneck of restricting its development. Through the theoretical foundation of the credit risk management, after preliminary understanding of the influencing factors of credit risk, and then utilize Xingan rural cooperative bank as an example, from four aspects of the asset quality,capital adequacy,liquidity and the management level analyze the problems existing in the credit risk management,then put forward countermeasures and suggestions of perfecting the credit risk management.
