旅游公共服务国内研究综述

Review on Tourism Public Service

旅游公共服务发展问题是当今旅游学界研究的热点问题之一。本文通过梳理我国旅游公共服务的研究文献,对旅游公共服务内涵、旅游公共服务供给及旅游公共服务体系等问题的研究历程、研究内容和研究不足进行了分析和评述,并在此基础上,对旅游公共服务的发展趋势进行了展望,进一步指出,未来旅游公共服务的研究应体现三个方面的特征,包括将对旅游公共服务基本内涵的研究与对旅游公共服务体系的研究结合起来;将对旅游公共服务体系的研究与对旅游公共服务保障的研究结合起来;将对旅游公共服务发展的研究与对旅游公共服务评价的研究结合起来。

With the rapid economic development in China, tourism becomes more and more popular and even a normalcy within average people. Meanwhile it also displays structural tendency of FIT（foreign independent tourist）. The development of tourism public services is becoming a hot issue in Tourism Research. This paper retrospects the origin of the tourism public service in China, collectively study all the available domestic literature on the tourism public service. Thereafter, the resultant analysis follows in three aspects：（1） This paper makes a detailed review of the concept connotation, the course, the features and the characteristics of the research on tourism public services. Comments on further improvement in the researches are presented in the end of the first part.（2） The research shows that the system of tourism public service is developing a coordinating function in various department services, and a standardization in supply procedure, supply contents and the evaluation of tourism public service supply. Market mechanism undertakes great impact on the development of the tourism public service in decision making, supply and evaluation.（3）The future study will bear three common features. First, the research on the system of tourism public services and research on the basic connotation of tourism public services will be closely combined. Second, the research on the system of tourism public services and the research on the guarantee mechanism of tourism public services will be closely combined. Third, the research on the development of tourism public services and the research on the evaluation of tourism public services will be closely combined.
