工业旅游被人们誉为"朝阳中的朝阳"产业,新世纪以来,大型海洋工业企业相继迁入长兴岛,为长兴岛提供了丰富的工业旅游资源。本文以振华重工为研究对象,运用SWOT法,在振华重工工业旅游开发过程中,分析区位优势突出、城市和企业影响力大和旅游产品的趣味性等方面的优势,安全隐患、污染严重和客源单一等方面的劣势,规划重点、客源市场和郊野公园和渔港码头提升竞争力方面的机遇以及旅游行业竞争和服务质量要求方面的挑战,并且提出建议。

Industrial tourism has been hailed as the industry of Chaoyang Chaoyang, since the new century,large marine industrial enterprises have moved to Changxing Island, Changxing Island provides a wealth of industrial tourism resources. The challenge of the disadvantage of the Zhenhua heavy industries as the research object,using SWOT method, Zhenhua heavy industries in the process of tourism development, the advantages of prominent location advantages, cities and enterprises influence and tourism products of interest analysis, security risks,serious pollution and single source such as, focus on planning, tourist market and country parks and fishing pier enhance competitive opportunities and tourism industry competition and the quality of services requirements, and puts forward some suggestions.
