基于因子分析法的资源型区域新主导产业的选择——以内蒙古自治区为例

Choosing new leading industries for resource areas based on factoranalysis:A Cast Study on Inner Mongolia

随着资源问题的日益严峻,资源型区域选择新的主导产业对区域经济的可持续发展具有重大战略意义。文章以内蒙古的产业为研究对象,构建了主导产业选择指标体系,运用因子分析法对22个产业的9个指标数据进行实证分析,结果表明,综合评分位于前列的农畜产品加工业、交通运输设备制造业、新能源等产业应该作为内蒙古新的主导产业;最后从三个方面对资源型地区新的主导产业选择和发展提出对策建议。

With the increasingly serious problems of resource, it is strategic significance for a resource area＇s regional sustainable development when choosing its new leading industries. This paper focuses on the industries in Inner Mongolia, constructing a selection index system of leading industry. We use factor analysis to evaluate 9 indexes in 22 industries to complete the empirical analysis. It turns out that agricultural and livestock industry, transportation equipment manufacturing and new energy industry should be the leading industries of Inner Mongolia, since their combined scores are on top of a list of all industries. Finally, we put forward some suggestions for a resource area when choosing and developing the new leading industries from three aspects.
