中日企业差异对合资公司培训管理的影响

摘要 如今,随着经济全球化的发展,我国政府加大了招商引资方面的投入力度,鼓励外资企业在我国各地投资建厂,建办合资企业。而中日合资企业由于中国与日本两国所存在的文化背景差异、企业发展战略差异等问题,所以导致合资企业在培训管理方面也与普通的独资企业有所不同,不但有正面的影响,同时也有负面影响。本文主要是对中日企业之间的差异及原因进行详细研究,分析了这些差异对于合资公司管理培训方面的影响,以此来提出改进完善措施。 Nowadays, with the development of economic globalization, China's government has increased investment in China's investment, and encourages foreign enterprises to invest and build factories in China, and to build a joint venture. The Sino Japanese joint venture is due to the differences of cultural background and enterprise development strategy, and so on. So it is different from the ordinary foreign investment enterprises in the training management, which not only has positive effect, but also has negative effect. This paper mainly is for the differences and reasons of the Sino Japanese enterprises in detail, and analyzes the impact of these differences on the joint venture company management training, in order to improve and improve the measures.
