摘要
以计算流体力学软件FLUENT为工具,设计正交试验方案研究输送介质密度、粘度、泵出口压力、转速以及叶轮磨损量等对原料油增压泵效率的影响,分析多参数耦合对效率影响的全局敏感性。研究得出的原料油增压泵效率影响敏感性水平从高到低排序为:转速、介质粘度、泵出口压力、叶轮磨损量和介质密度。在实际生产中可以通过监测和控制高敏感性因素,指导原料油增压泵高效节能、长期安全稳定运行。
Making use of FLUENT software,an orthogonal test method was designed to investigate influences of the medium density and viscosity,the pump's outlet pressure and revolving speed and the impeller's wear loss on the efficiency of raw oil booster pump and to analyze the global sensitivity of multi-parameter coupling effect on the pump efficiency. The research result reveals that the parameter sensitivity order from high to low is the revolving speed,medium viscosity,pump outlet pressure,medium density and the impeller wear loss in turn. In the real production,monitoring and controlling over the high sensitivity parameters can improve efficiency of the raw oil booster pump and save the energy as well as ensure its long-term safe operation.
