摘要
介绍了FWZ型翻袋离心机中的新型机械推料机构——滑动螺母丝杆螺纹副传动装置和它实现推料动作的工作原理、结构和优点。重点分析了该螺纹副传动的力学计算:推料机构的预紧力;推料机构的总推力和丝杆、副电机及预紧弹簧等结构和参数的选取。据此也可详细了解影响预紧力、总推力的相关因素。本设计计算为翻袋离心机推料机构建立了计算模型。
The new-type mechanical pusher,i. e. the sliding nut screw-assisted transmission in FWZ inverting filter centrifuge was introduced,including the pushing device's working principle,structure and advantages realized. The mechanical calculation like the pusher's pretightening force and total thrust force and the selection of screw rod,secondary motor and the spring for pretightening as well as the parameters concerned were analyzed,including the factors influencing both pretightening force and total thrust force. This design calculation establishes a calculation model for the pusher in the inverting filter centrifuge.
