摘要
高速离心风机叶轮与主轴之间大多采用过盈配合,过盈量的计算是设计时的难点。介绍了二次计算法计算过盈量的整体思路,并对一台离心风机分别使用二次计算法和有限元数值分析法(有限元法)计算其叶轮过盈量。计算结果表明:二次计算法偏保守,得到的过盈量偏大。
The high-speed centrifugal fan usually adopts an interference fit between its impeller and shaft and calculating its magnitude of interference becomes difficult. Through introducing interference calculation through a secondary method,applying both secondary method and finite element method to respectively calculate the impeller's interference of a centrifugal fan was proposed. The calculation result indicates that this secondary method is conservative and it brings about a larger magnitude of interference.
