摘要 目的探讨形成性评价在护理本科生护士人文修养课程中的应用效果。方法以296名护理本科生为研究对象,在护士人文修养课程中应用课堂评估、小组作业汇报、阶段性实践技能考核等形成性评价指标进行教学评价。课程结束后,采用自设问卷调查学生对教学满意度、各种考核方式及教学效果的评价。结果学生对课程总体满意度为83.7%(236/282),考试成绩优良率达40.2%(119/296)。91.1%(257/282)的学生认为形成性评价有助于学习兴趣与积极性的提高。结论形成性评价促进了课程教学效果的提高,激发了学生的学习积极性和主动性,有助于学生知识、能力和综合素质的全面发展。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of formative assessment in the course of Nursing Humanity and Culture. Methods Series of formative assessment methods such as class assessment,group presentation and periodic practical skills assessment were applied in the course of Nursing Humanity and Culture among 296 undergraduate nursing students. The outcomes were evaluated by using a questionnaire survey about student satisfaction and evaluation on the assessment methods and teaching outcomes. Results The overall satisfaction of teaching was83.7%(236/282). The excellent rate of students' course performance was 40.2%(119/296). 91.1%(257/282) of students agreed that formative assessment could enhance their learning interest and enthusiasm. Conclusion The implementation of formative assessment can improve the teaching outcomes,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,and contributes to the development of students' comprehensive quality and abilities.
