迷你临床演练评量在护士规范化培训及考核中的应用 被引量:31

摘要 目的评价迷你临床演练评量(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)在护士规范化培训及考核中的应用效果。方法将我院参加规范化培训的200名新护士分为两组,对照组采用常规培训与考核模式,试验组采用Mini-CEX模式进行培训考核。最后一次考核两组均按照Mini-CEX进行。比较两组在最终考核成绩上的差异,并采用自设问卷调查试验组护士对新考核模式的评价。结果试验组护士最终考核成绩高于对照组(Z=5.668,P<0.01)。试验组护士认为该考核模式能考查处理现场问题的能力和灵活性(96%),体现知识技能运用的灵活性(91%),关注人文关怀(88%),有利于培养护患沟通能力(85%),反映临床护理综合能力(85%),并能体现以考促教(92%)。结论 Mini-CEX评量工具的使用提高了护士规范化培训的效果,提升了护士的临床护理综合能力,并能以考促教,达到教学相长。 Objective To evaluate the effects of Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX) in nurse standardized training and assessment. Methods Two hundred newly recruited nurses were divided into two groups. Traditional training and assessment method was applied in the control group,while Mini-CEX was implemented in the experimental group. All nurses were examined using Mini-CEX in the final exam. Moreover,a questionnaire survey was conduced among nurses in the experimental group. Results Nurses' performance in final exam was significantly higher in the experimental group than that of the control group(Z=5.668,P0.01). Most nurses reported that this assessment model could reflect problem-solving ability(96%),the flexibility of knowledge application(91%) and humanistic care(88%),contribute to the training of nurses' communication ability(85%),comprehensive nursing competence(85%),and improve the level of teaching(92%). Conclusion The application of Mini-CEX in nurse standardized training can improve the training outcomes,improve nurses' comprehensive nursing competence and promote the level of teaching.
