老年2型糖尿病患者希望水平的调查研究

The hope level of older adults with type 2 diabetes

目的了解老年2型糖尿病患者的希望水平现状。方法采用一般资料调查表及Herth希望量表对185例2型糖尿病老年患者进行调查。结果老年2型糖尿病患者希望水平总分为(32.73±3.65)分,不同年龄(r=-0.305,P=0.015)、糖尿病病程(r=-0.242,P<0.001)、体质指数(r=-0.213,P=0.034)、并发症数量(F=41.372,P<0.001)以及照顾者健康状况(F=11.236,P=0.003)患者的希望水平差异有统计学意义。结论老年糖尿病患者的希望水平处于中等水平,建议通过关注及改善老年糖尿病患者的体质指数、并发症及照顾者健康状况,逐步提高其希望水平。

Objective To investigate the hope level of older adults with type 2 diabetes. Methods Totally 185 older adults with type 2 diabetes were investigated using a self-designed demographic data questionnaire and Herth Hope Index（HHI）. Results The mean score of HHI was（32.73±3.65）. The hope score was negatively correlated to age（r=-0.305,P=0.015）,the length of diabetes（r=-0.242,P0.001） and body mass index（r=-0.213,P=0.034）,number of complications（F=41.372,P0.001） and caregivers＇ health status（F=11.236,P=0.003）. Conclusion The hope level of older adults with type 2 diabetes is in the medium level. It is suggested to pay more attention to and take actions for patients with higher BMI,multiple complications and poor health status of the caregivers.
