摘要
目的调查三级甲等医院护士对各项护理技能临床重要性的认识,为护理技能教学内容的调整与完善提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对浙江省5所三级甲等综合性医院20个科室的355名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果在所列出的233项护理技能中,重要性均值〉4分者共181项(77.7%),其中基础护理技能102项(43.8%),专科护理技能49项(21.0%),基本重症急救护理技能18项(7.7%),中医护理技能12项(5.2%);重要性均值在3~4分者共43项(18.5%),分别为基础护理技能27项(11.6%),专科护理技能7项(3.0%)及中医护理技能9项(3.9%);重要性均值〈3分者共9项(3.9%),均属于基础护理技能的范畴。结论护理教育者在进行课程设置及安排临床实习时,应根据护理技能的临床重要性适当调整技能教学的内容和学时,以更好地实现教学与临床的接轨。
Objective To investigate nurses' attitudes toward the clinical importance of various nursing skills and to provide reference for the adjustment and improvement of skills teaching in nursing schools.Methods A total of355 nurses were recruited from 20 clinical departments in five first-class general hospitals and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results Among the investigated 233 nursing skills,181(77.7%) nursing skills were rated over 4 points,including 102(43.8%) fundamental nursing skills,49(21.0%) specialized nursing skills,18(7.7%) emergency and critical care skills and 12(5.2%) traditional Chinese nursing skills.Forty-three(18.5%)nursing skills were rated 3~4 points,including 27(11.6%) fundamental nursing skills,7(3.0%) specialized nursing skills and 9(3.9%) traditional Chinese nursing skills.Nine(3.9%) fundamental nursing skills were rated lower than3 points.Conclusion Nursing educators should adjust the contents and academic hours in skills teaching according to the importance of nursing skills in clinical practice and thereby to achieve the integration of teaching and practice.
