摘要
以α-Al_2O_3为骨料,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为成孔剂,丙三醇为增塑剂和粘结剂,采用滚压成型和固态粒子烧结法制备单管式α-Al_2O_3陶瓷支撑体。通过热重分析(TG-DTG)、扫描电镜(SEM)和自制装置对成品进行表征。研究结果表明:丙三醇作为增塑剂和粘结剂,对支撑体的纯水通量、孔隙率、抗折强度及微观形貌等都有影响。当丙三醇的最佳添加量为3.0%(wt%)时,可制得孔隙率33.65%,纯水通量8192.52L/m^2·h·MPa,抗折强度78.86MPa的支撑体。
Single tube a-A12O3 ceramic support, with a-Al2O3 as aggregate and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as porogen, glycerol as plasticizer and adhesive, was prepared by flow-forming and solid sintering. The sample was characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis (TG-DTG), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and self-assembly equipments. The research results show that glycerol as plasticizer and adhesive has effect on the pure water flux, the porosity and flexural strength, and the micro morphology of the alumina ceramics support. When the optimum addition of glycerol was 3% (wt%), the alumina ceramics support with the porosity of 33.65%, the pure water flux of 8192.52L/mZh MPa, the flexural strength of 78.86MPa can be obtained.
