利用电瓷废料原位合成莫来石陶瓷 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨能否用纯电瓷废料合成莫来石陶瓷,本文对比了以电瓷废料细粉为原料,再添加部分Al_2O_3细粉和以纯电瓷废料细粉为原料合成莫来石陶瓷。探讨了原料配比和烧结温度对合成的莫来石陶瓷的结构和性能的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分别研究了莫来石的物相组成与显微结构。研究表明:随着烧成温度升高,莫来石的含量增加,体积密度增大;由于原料采用电瓷废料细粉,烧结活性较大,有利于烧结的进行,并提高烧结密度;采用纯电瓷废料合成的莫来石陶瓷的体积密度和耐压强度最高,气孔率最小,综合性能最优。 In order to investigate whether pure electroceramics waste could be used to synthesize mullite ceramics, the pure electroceramics waste mixed with alumina powders and the pure electroceramics waste as raw materials were compared. The effects of composition and sintering temperature on the microstructure and physical properties of mullite ceramic were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to study the phase composition and microstructure. The results show that the content of mullite is increased with raising sintering temperature, and at the same time the bulk density is escalated~ The raw materials are the pure electroceramics waste, thus the sintering activity is greater, and the sintering process can be accelerated and the density is also increased~ When the mullite is prepared only by the electroceramies waste, the bulk density and compressive strength are largest, the porosity is smallest, and the comorehensive ohvsical orooerties will be the best.
