摘要
研究并设计了一种针对95 GHZ TE_(6.2)模回旋振荡管的高效率准光模式变换器。该模式变换器由一个Denisov型开口辐射器和四级反射镜面构成。首先详细介绍了开口辐射器和反射镜面的设计方法,再利用耦合模理论、矢量绕射理论分析了其工作过程,最后结合具体参数编写了模拟仿真程序对设计结果进行模拟,并采用相位校正算法对镜面形状进行优化。仿真结果表明,该模式变换器拥有较好的转换效率和高于94%的模式纯度。
A high-efficiency quasi-optical mode converter,dedicated to the 95 GHz TE(6.2) mode gyrotron oscillator,was designed.The newly-designed converter mainly consists of a Denisov-type launcher and four reflectors.Firstly,a generalized design technique for the Denisov-type launcher and the reflectors was introduced.Next,the operation process of the converter was mathematically modeled and analytically evaluated in the coupled-mode theory and vector diffraction theory.Finally,considering the gyrotron working in 95 GHz TE(6,2) mode,a numerical calculation code was developed to simulate the mode converter;and the phase correcting method was used to optimize the shape of the reflectors.The simulated results show that the converter has good conversion efficiency,and that the output mode purity is higher than 94%.
