Global Distribution of Vacuum-Pump Industry and Its Development Trends Based on Standards Analysis

基于中国标准服务网(CSSN)和中国知网标准数据总库,采用文献计量方法、文献调研方法、聚类分析等方法,对真空泵领域标准的数量分布、类别分布、产业链分布和产品布局进行研究。发现:真空泵产品逐渐进入成熟期;极限压强、返流率、体积流速、结构扭矩、密封性是真空泵重要性能参数;美国现行标准的制定时间最早,且重视安全标准、降低成本标准的制定;我国行业标准数量较多,且以检验和试验标准为主。

Here,we addressed the global distribution of vacuum-pump standards in techniques,including but not limited to the bibliometric method,literature searching,and clustering analysis,based on Chinese Standards Services Network（CSSN）,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI） standard database.The discussions focused on the global distributions of quantity of the vacuum pump standards and types of vacuum pumps,industry-chain layout and product distributions.The preliminary results show that with the rapid growth of high-techs,the vacuum pump industry is approaching its maturity;and that the well-recognized characteristics of vacuum pumps include the ultimate pressure,back-streaming rate,volumetric flow-rate,torque,and leakage rate.American National Bureau of Standards（NBS） first formulated the active vacuum pump standards,focusing on high safety and low cost;whereas the Chinese authority published a large number of standards,emphasizing the testing and evaluation of vacuum pumps.
