摘要
文章提出采用烧碱作为皂化剂生产环氧丙烷,结合纯碱生产装置,将皂化产生的氯化钠废水经过电渗析及反渗透系统处理去除COD并浓缩后,一部分水回用,另一部分用于纯碱生产,替代海水化盐,达到废水再利用和零排放。通过与以石灰乳为皂化剂的氯醇法产环氧丙烷比较其经济效益和环保影响,做出以烧碱为皂化剂环氧丙烷生产的影响评估。
In this paper,using caustic soda as the epoxy propane saponification agent,combined with the soda ash production device,sodium chloride wastewater generated by saponification was treated after the removal of COD and concentration by electrodialysis system,which one part of water was recycled and another was used in soda production instead of sea salt. Then it can be waste recycling and zero emission. Compared with economic benefits and environmental protection influence of lime as the saponifier emulsifcation of epoxy propane production,it was evaluated the effect of caustic soda as saponification agent for epoxy propane production.
