盐化工老企业生产装置比较落后,年代久远,更新换代比较慢,几十年来,老企业已经形成了自己自主经营的生产管理模式,在确保安全平稳运行的基础上,加大设备现场维护保养,始终把设备的维护保养与现场管理有机的结合起来,相互促进,真正做到了管现场就要管设备维护保养,不断提升现场设备完好率,达到了管理经常化,维护保养日常化。在建立机制的基础上把维护保养的具体内容和标准落实到设备管理活动当中去,使维护和保养工作做到了高质量、高效率地开展,做到设备维护保养工作经常化、标准化、规范化。

Old salt chemical company ’s production equipment is relatively backward and old,which upgrading is relatively slow. For decades,the old companies have formed their own autonomous production management to ensure safe and stable operation,which is based on the site to increase equipment maintenance. They always get organic combination of the device maintenance and field management for mutual promotion,which the site management would truly be equipment maintenance. Then the site equipment availability was improved,which got the regular management and daily maintance. Based on the establishment of mechanism,the maintenance of the specific content and standard of the activities were implemented to the device manager,so that maintenance and repair work achieved high quality and high efficiency. Then equipment maintenance work can be regularization,standardization and normalization.
