摘要
越来越多的证据显示了血管内溶栓治疗可使选择性急性卒中患者额外获益。通过经皮吸入导管机械性取出颅内血管血栓．可确保动脉血管的再通。与溶栓术相似，早期机械取栓治疗的获益更大，因此我们需要思考如何能尽早实施治疗。
