合理检查成人中高钾血症的检查
摘要
一位42岁的女性因间断腹痛就诊，查血钾示6．6mmol／L（参考值：3．5—5．3mmol／L）。一般状况良好且未使用药物，遂就诊于急诊，测血压140／70mmHg，体格检查未见明显异常，心电图示正常心电图。
